Arjuna is one of the five Pandawas. He is the third son of Prabu Pandu and Dewi Kunti, conceived by Batara Indra, the god of rain and thunder. Arjuna is known for his kindness and cheerfulness, and although he is not exceptionally intelligent, he is sympathetic and pleasant to listen to. His remarks are always concise and to the point, and he exudes self-awareness without displaying pride. Arjuna strives to correct his mistakes immediately and to enhance his spiritual insight. He experiences countless adventures and appears in many stories, sometimes under different names. Arjuna is beloved by women and thus has many wives and children.
